Q: How can I view the status of my order? A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs? A: After the order is placed we will give you a call regarding the shipping cost, we do it this way because we have so many different products and shipping methods. Make sure you enter a phone number we can reach you on.
Q: Can I visit your store? A: Yes, you can visit us Tuesday thru Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm and sat 8:30am to 1:00pm EST
