On Site Payment/Return Policies

Checks

FC Store Fixtures accepts company checks, certified checks or money orders, with appropriate ID.

Personal checks are not accepted.

Credit Cards

FC Store Fixtures accepts, Visa, Discover, Mastercard, and American Express for amounts over $25.00

Purchase Pick Up

Purchases must be picked up within 10 business days of invoice date, unless previously negotiated with FC Store Fixtures sales staff, and noted on the invoice. 10% of the purchase price will be charged for each week purchase remains in our warehouse beyond the first 10 days.

Purchase Returns

Purchases may be returned (undamaged) for store credit or exchange within 10 business days of purchase. There will be a 25% restocking fee on all returned purchases.

 

Rental Policy

Minimum Rental Time

1 week.

Customer may rent for a shorter period of time (2 hours, 2 days etc.), but charge will still be the seven (7) day minimum price.

Rental Price

50% of the retail purchase price. Minimum rental price is for one week (7 days). Each additional week is 10% more - 2 weeks = 60%.

Deposit

A cash or signed credit card deposit of 100% of the retail price is required. Customer understands that if rental is not returned or is returned damaged, the entire deposit will be forfeited.

Damage

Customer and FC Store Fixtures sales representative shall note on the invoice any damaged areas on the item/items at the time of customer pickup or company delivery. Any damage occuring to the rental item/items will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit.

Delivery/Pickup

Regular rates apply to company deliveries and/or pickups. Delivery and pickup are two separate charges! Delivery does not include set up or excessive handling of rental items (that means we will drop it off at designated site and customer is responsible for taking it to wherever they need to use it.)

Delivery Policy

FC Store Fixtures offers limited delivery service.
We Provide delivery by appointment within a 50-mile radius between
5:30 pm and 6:00 pm, Tuesday through Friday, and
9:00 am to 1:00 pm on Saturdays.

Delivery charges vary, according to delivery size and the distance involved. For delivery exceptions outside the I-270 beltway, the fee is the base delivery charge plus $2.25 per mile, one way.

Delivery Fee: $150.00 (one person)
Delivery Fee: $200.00 (two people)

DELIVERED ITEMS WILL BE UNLOADED ONTO YOUR DOCK OR TO YOUR FRONTDOOR. OUR EMPLOYEES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MOVING FIXTURES INTO OR WITHIN YOUR STORE. THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MOVING YOUR MERCHANDISE UP OR DOWN STAIRWAYS, OR FOR SETTING FIXTURES IN PLACE. CUSTOMERS ARE EXPECTED TO HAVE ENOUGH PERSONNEL AVAILABLE TO HANDLE THESE FINAL MOVES THEMSELVES. (SEE ** BELOW)

** FC Store Fixtures driver may be hired to assist customer's personnel in locating item(s) inside their premises at an additional charge to be negotiated between customer and driver prior to delivery. (This is usually $40 per hour with a minimum of one hour, even if it actually takes less than an hour). Nothing will be unloaded until full delivery and labor (if any) fee is paid in full, in cash.

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to measure prior to delivery, both the openings on their premises through which their purchase must pass, as well as the item they are purchasing, to confirm all openings will accomodate the purchased item(s) once FC Store Fixtures has delivered them.
